Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Candle Supply ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Candle Supply is a cloud-based inventory and business management platform for candle makers. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at admin@candle.supply.

One account per person. You may not share your account or use it for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via PayPal. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law.

If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after a grace period. You will not lose your data during this period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan and your data is retained.

To permanently delete your account and all data, use the account deletion option in your Profile settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any purpose other than managing your candle business

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into Candle Supply. We do not claim any rights to your materials, recipes, financial records, or other data. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

You can export your data at any time and delete it permanently by closing your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Candle Supply platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Candle Supply and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candle Supply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform. We will provide notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
